Indoor air pollution is a real problem of our life. Everyday a lot of toxins come through the windows and doors. However, this problem can be partly solved by house plants. Let's check what plants can absorb toxins and ensure a a good night's sleep.
#1 Peace lily absorbs ammonia and formaldehyde
#2 Jasmine improves the quality of sleep
#3 Rosemary cleanses the air from germs
#4 Spider Plant removes air toxins (formaldehyde and xylene)
#5 Snake plant improves air quality. It's better to have several snake plants
#6 Rubber plant absorbs all air pollutants
#7 Azalea absorbs chemicals and with that improves indoor air
#8 Bromeliads absorb benzene. Don't forget that this plant grows in a well-lighted place

Bromeliades love low light in the shade under trees.. direct sunshine will burn them... PS i have hundreds of them.
