6 unexpected ways to use coffee besides drinking
I'm not a coffee addict. I'm that kind of person who can live without a cup of coffee in the morning. But I regularly buy freshly ground coffee. Do you know why?
Several months ago I stumbled across an interesting topic on twitter: people shared their life hacks for coffee grounds. And some of them were really awesome. Here are the best ones.
#1 Fix scratches on furniture
In case there are scratches on your wooden furniture try to do the following. Mix coffee grounds and a small amount of water. Put the paste on these scratches and wipe with a cotton cloth in 10 minutes.
#2 Remove fleas from your dog
If you don't want to buy flea-removal products that contain a lot of chemicals you can use coffee grounds. It turned out fleas can't stand coffee. Scrub your dog after shampooing and rinse it off.
#3 Scrub your skin
I guess you know this life hack, don't you? Coffee scrub can exfoliate your skin and remove dirt and dead cells from it. It contains antioxidants to protect your skin from the sun.
#4 Make an air freshener
Coffee is great at absorbing different smells from your fridge or car. Put dried coffee grounds into a small pouch and it'll absorb bad odours.
